How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
We're happy to accept a return of your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund.
- Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (store credits never expire)
- After 30 days, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted
- *Note: All Flash Sale and Custom Item purchases are final, and not eligible for return.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund / store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
- If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- If you are approved for store credit, you will get a notification in the form a digital gift card within 72 hours that you can use any time!
