Shipping Times

We use USPS first class mail. As soon as your order is sent you will receive a tracking number in your email and/or by phone. 

Shipping Options at Checkout

  • Free Standard Shipping - All of the products on on the store feature free shipping via USPS.
  • Priority Shipping - Expedited USPS (offered at checkout for a flat rate of $8.00) 

6-Month Hidden Truth Warranty - Shop with Confidence

We know accidents can happen, and you can rest assured!  Each piece has a six month guarantee. Should any repairs be needed, simply mail back your piece and we'll make sure it is fully repaired like new! If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately. Returns Policy

We're happy to process your return within 14 days from date of purchase.

Returns Policy: Once your items are ordered, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to ship them back to us for store credit only (store credits never expire). After 14 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

  • Note: All Flash Sale and Custom Piece purchases are final, and not eligible for return.
