Shipping & Returns FAQ
We use USPS first class mail, and due to the extra volume of the Holiday season, you should expect to receive your beautiful new piece within 2 weeks! As soon as your order is sent you will receive a tracking number in your email and/or by phone.
6-Month Hidden Truth Warranty - Shop with Confidence
We know accidents can happen, and you can rest assured! Each piece has a six month guarantee. Should any repairs be needed, simply mail back your piece and we'll make sure it is fully repaired like new! If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately. We're happy to process your return within 30 days of you receipt of shipment.
Returns Policy: Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (store credits never expire). After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
- Note: All Flash Sale and Custom Piece purchases are final, and not eligible for return.
Return Instructions: Click here to start your return. All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (email Ashley [at] hiddentruthjewelry.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit
Exchanges: Any piece can be returned with 30 days for full store credit (store credits never expire and can be used for anything in our online store).
